Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are available in the following situations:

• Your order arrives damaged during shipping
• You receive an incorrect item
• There is an issue with the craftsmanship of your earrings

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of earrings, I am unable to accept change-of-mind returns once an item has been delivered. Earrings that have been returned cannot be resold, even if they appear unused.

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind
• Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Incorrect sizing or personal preference after purchase
• Natural variations in gemstones, including differences in colour, shape, size, or inclusions

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the item and packaging so I can review the issue and help find the best solution.
